Neptune reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. Location and Law

The Site is physically located on servers, and is administered by Neptune from its offices in, Province of Quebec, Canada. By accessing the Site, you and Neptune agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of the Site and all of the communications, transmissions and transactions associated with the Site shall be deemed to have occurred in the Province of Quebec, Canada, and shall, together with these Terms and Conditions, be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to the conflicts of laws principals thereof. You and Neptune also agree and hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Quebec with respect to such matters.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on the OCEANO3 site. These policies also govern your use of the website. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Product Descriptions

Neptune attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Neptune does not warrant that product description is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Neptune is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Neptune cannot guarantee the availability of the product described on this website due to unavailability of supply or for other reasons. All prices shown are before any applicable tax. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct errors or omissions prior to processing a purchase request. While we endeavour to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Neptune does not warrant the accuracy of pricing, specifications or other product information contained herein and any information included is subject to change at any time. Without limiting the generality of any other terms and conditions on this website, we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions which may be found or for unavailability of the product.

Neptune has the right to close customer accounts in cases of fraud and/or misappropriation of information and/or illegal use of this website.

Purchase Terms

These Terms apply to your purchase of our product from (“Site”) and do not alter the Terms & Conditions that govern your use of the Site.

Order Process and Shipping

Orders are processed electronically. Once you have completed your order and it has been validated through our checkpoint process, the product is released for delivery and you will receive a shipping confirmation email including an order tracking number, which will allow you to track your product with Canada Post and US Postal Service and see an estimated date of delivery. Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Neptune will ship to any address in Canada or the United States unless it is commercially unfeasible. Neptune is not responsible for any custom and/or duty fees that may be incurred upon delivery. Neptune reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is no commercially reasonable shipping option, and Neptune shall not be liable for cancellation of that orders other than reimbursing the sums already paid. If an ordered item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact us.

Credit Card Payment Processing

We accept Visa® and Mastercard® as forms of payment. Product will be shipped upon credit card authorization in the amount of your order. Your credit card must be valid, genuine and you must be authorized to use it. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, Neptune reserves the right to cancel your order without notice and with no further liability or obligation to you.  Neptune reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion by reimbursing the sums paid and shall not be liable for cancellation of such orders.

Returns, Cancellations, Changes

If you wish to return your purchase of OCEANO3™, contact us at with your order confirmation number to explain the reason for the return. If you need to change or cancel an order after your order has been shipped, contact us.

Testimonials / Comments

Although we love to hear from you, be aware that you have to follow rules when you post on our website. We might remove items that we consider objectionable. Customer testimonials are posted on our web site and may contain personally identifiable information such as the customer’s name. We reserve the right to amend any testimonial to comply with Health Canada regulations.

All comments and different views expressed on this website by others or any exterior links may not reflect our views.

We will remove all content that :

  • Makes any claim or reports an experience that might imply that OCEANO3™ are effective for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease where OCEANO3™ is prohibited by law or regulation from making such claims itself.
  • Violates any Canadian Law and/or regulation.
  • Contains commercial content, such as advertisements for non-OCEANO3 products or services; or is false, misleading, harassing or annoying in any manner.

Newsletter & Opt-Out

You must subscribe to our newsletter in order to receive information. At any time, if you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions included at the bottom of each newsletter or contact us.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for all purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your OCEANO3™ product, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase date and return the unused portion. You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price (shipping and custom fees not included). If you ordered more than one bottle of OCEANO3, only one of the bottles that you return may be open.

We reveal only the first six digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.
